Business Management Level 4 & 5

ATHE LEVEL 4 & 5 UNIVERSITY 1ST AND 2ND YEAR

The ATHE level 4 & 5 is a 240 credit course designed to fast track students to the final year of an associated Undergraduate BA in Business and Management, which can either be completed on campus or via distance learning. ATHE itself is a recognised UK awarding organisation regulated in England by Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). This ATHE is able to give assurances of consistency, rigorous, quality standards and valid, valued learning. This program is awarded by ATHE, UK hence is NON-MQA accredited.  

 

The Level 4 Certificate provides an introduction to the main facets and operations of organisations. It introduces the challenges faced by modern day businesses. The Qualification focuses upon developing understanding, skills and abilities to equip the Learner with the awareness and aptitudes to be an effective organisational manager and leader.

 

And The Level 5 Qualification deals with complex and challenging organisational issues and opportunities. The units are closely linked to current day real world and work challenges and the Qualification will test and develop student’s workplace experience and abilities. This level will require learners to make judgments and provide creative and practical solutions and ways of responding to organisational challenges and problems. An action based approach will be sought and learners who have strong motivation to progress in their chosen career and business pathway will gain significantly from the qualification.

  1. STPM / A level qualification or equivalent, or Diploma Certificate, or SPM with 2 years of relevant working experience
  2. English Test Proficiency Certificate

Level 5 – Semester 2 (8 Months)  Modules:

  • Planning a New Business Venture
  • Business Law

Each level has 6 modules with total of 120 credits, each module consists of 40 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours’ worth of optional materials which comprise of recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources – it is flexible so you study the course at your on pace.

This ATHE Level 4/5 has total 12 modules and 12 written assignments for both level. Students will be given access to the assignments after completing the module. The assignments are approximately 3000-5000 words each where should be submitted on the student portal.

  • Learners will receive 2 certificates for both levels upon completion.
  • Top-up the final year with the accredited universities for Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Successful completion of the full Level 4/5 Extended Diploma in Management will give students the right credentials to proceed and apply for a job in marketing, accounting, human resources, management or business consultancy.
